		<description>So guys, how does recycling enter into the "no garbage" philosophy. Defore moving to Pittsburgh a couple of years ago, we lived in Fort Worth, TX. The city mandated recycling and we wound up with more recycling than garbage and the city also made money from the collected items. You could have gotten that paper under the pizza and then thrown it in with your newspapers...How do they recycle paper anyway?</description>
